Led by Stewardship Coordinator Sky Harsch and Educator Kari Wilson, this hike will feature the invasive pest threatening local hemlock populations: Hemlock Woolly Adelgid (HWA). We will meet at the district office for an ID demonstration, then head out to our newest nature preserve to assess hemlock health along Stony Creek and enjoy some winter forest bathing.
